Ardalambrion:  The Tongues of Arda

An impressive, very comprehensive site dedicated to the invented languages of Tolkien.  Everything you want to know about Tolkien's elfish languages, including pronunciation guides, phrase lists, even fonts.  This is, IMO, one of the two best websites for elven linguistics.

Mellonath Daeron, The Language Guild of the Fororim

The other best website.  This site is dedicated to the study of Tolkien's languages, in particular Quenya and Sindarin, and the writing systems known as tengwar and cirth.

Note:  From time to time, this site can be difficult to get into.  Perhaps its popularity exceeds its capacity.  If you have problems, try back later!

Parma Eldalamberon, The Book of Elven Tongues

A journal of linguistic studies of fantasy linguistics, especially Elvish languages and the nomenclature in the works of Tolkien.  Subscription necessary, but worthwhile. You can read samples at this page.

Elven Linguistic Fellowship

A society (with journal) for the study of elven languages.  (Nice acronym, folks!)

Quenya-English Dictionary

A brief "dictionary" of Quenya words used in Tolkien's words.

Tolkien Language Links

An excellent collection of sites dealing with Tolkien's invented languages for those who wish to browse.
