A: That depends upon what you mean by "regularly." Most people are considerate and don't abuse a public email address. (For that matter, life is so busy these days that most people don't have time to abuse those near and dear to them.) But every now and then, someone will start writing every week or even every day, and occasionally, several times a day. Don't take it personally, but I really can't keep pace with that much correspondence.
